Sender Id Management

Setting of the Sender ID can be enabled after credits have been purchased.

If the Sender ID is alphanumeric it can be a maximum of 11 characters. Numeric Sender IDs can have up to 16 characters. The following sign is allowed: “_” (underscore.

To request a Sender ID, log into your account and go to 'User Account' and click 'Change Sender ID'. Sender ID requests are processed manually and thus we suggest you request a change within office hours for a swift response.
